Spaghetti with asian-style veggies – Shopping list – you need:
Gluten-free spaghetti
Asian vegetables, deep-frozen
(or alternatively fresh broccoli, peppers, carrots, green beans and baby corn)
Kale
1 onion
2 cloves of fresh garlic
ginger (fresh or powdered)
dried seaweed, grated
Coconut oil
salt
pepper
turmeric powder
If you have gathered all the ingredients, cook the gluten-free spaghetti according to the package instructions and prepare the Asian vegetables as follows:
Fry the onion, garlic and ginger in coconut oil.
Then add all the vegetables and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Then add the spices and a full teaspoon of the dried seaweed, stir well and let the dish still simmer for about 5 more minutes.
Serve the Asian vegetables on the spaghetti. As a side dish you could serve a mixed leaf salad with spinach leaves.
